just wondering if anyone knows how to get my NAT open with this new dashboard on 360.  i remember there being an option after you ran the network test to set your NAT settings, but that was before they updated the dashboard.     ever since my roommate hooked up his router, i'm having a hard time connecting to some people.

This is what I did. I set my xbox ip address to manual and then opened the following on my router.

Application Start End Protocol IP Address Enable
  to 192.168.1.
  to 192.168.1.

hopefully that helps.

I have a NETGEAR router...underneath it there is an Admin http address and a password to access the admin- I then opened everything up..allowing UpU's I think is what helped me with connection issues. Alothough I think it has no securitty on the router as well now.

Good Luck.
